Life Stress Update

Hey guys!
I just wanted to post a small update here to let everyone know how things are doing here at the homestead.
My mom came home Friday and is doing all right. Her trach was removed Tuesday last week and she's still not able to walk very much but she's more independent than I thought she would be. Since she has been home we are still getting to know her limitations, but she is already learning and able to do things that she was not able to do at the rehab center. We are hoping that she will continue to get better as time progresses so that she can get back to where her physical/mental health was before she got sick. She remembers things a lot better than I do so there is that....
My sister on the other hand is not making as much progress. I've been having to take care of her since the hospital booted her out about a month ago and she is not able to walk and has not made much progress with that aspect. She recently had another medical emergency that will likely cause another setback in her getting back on her feet.
It is hard to take care of two individuals with their needs, working a full time job 5-6 days a week, especially with holidays coming up it's going to be a bit more stress on top of what I have already. Did you guys know that hair loss is a side effect of having covid? I found that out the hard way and I've lost more than half of my volume. It is a daily struggle to put my hair up hoping that it isn't too noticeable. The daily stress and increased depression does not help very much either. When everyone is able to take care of themselves and don't really need me anymore I am very much going to want to take a vacation just to unwind from it all. Even if I have to go to a hotel somewhere and just camp out in the room for a while.
I continue to appreciate those that I owe art to, and I will get to doing the art as soon as I possibly can. However, if you feel the need that any of you want a refund just send me a note and we can discuss that. I'm still checking messages and email and things daily or almost daily, I'm just too busy to be able to sit down and do anything such as art or even to really make anymore soap :C
