Despite loving VRchat to talk with friends, I have no idea where people of the community actually congregate. If you'd ever wanna hang out with a boring person though, feel free to reach out!

Its a bit weird; to meet people in general, you can always look through different world in hope to find some people you'd be interested to talk with. In reality, most people create a world instance set so only friends can join, or even only through invites.

Best you can do is reach someone you know in VRchat and from there get invited to their place

Preety sure there isn't much, you can organize something though, say a time (give enough time for people to see it) a map and wait for people to join. Seems to be the easiest way.

It just depends im in a few discord servers that schedule vr meetups on the regular with the either chilling out in worlds or playing some game worlds

Lilith would say while Heavy-R-Buffet is one of the best worlds since it is just made for fat furs I would also mention that discord has a couple of servers and people out there that are great to meet up with people for this!

Personally though I would always suggest world hopping and meeting people at random since a decent amount of people don’t care to much about fetish stuff being around and they are usually pretty chill! Plus you can always just dip if you don’t like the server you are in so that is always cool too.

In my experience, meeting new people in VRChat is an entirely mixed bag. I use it pretty frequently to hang out with friends but that's almost exclusively in private world instances, as all of us have had bad experiences in various publics (though your mileage may vary, of course!). Meeting new people is hard on VRC, doubly so if you want to share a specific interest. People tend to keep to their groups in private instances and most things outside of that tend to be disorganized, or just, chaotic.

You might find a good time hanging out with randoms in certain publics, and shared interests with the world theme, but the best bet is to find some folks/friends outside of VRC and schedule with them to meet up inside of VRC. That's harder to do but it's worth it to have something organized. Others have suggested the same but figured I'd throw my opinion into the ring since it's a game I play a lot.

The buffet is a good place to meet other fatfurs or big furs but like others have mentioned it's easier to meet other big furs through fat related vrc meetups on discord
