HAPPY NEW YEAR, ALL!!
4 years ago
Well, it's the start of 2022, and let's hope things are slightly better than they have been for the last 2 years, economy-speaking that is...still, I'll be glad when we can return to live as it was in 2018.
Still, my resolutions this year are simple;
1. Find a job that offers a proper pension and a lengthier contract time (so something that isn't Seasonal. I'm not keeping my hopes up for the theme parks, as it's the hospitality venues that may be under governmental pressure this year)
2. Loose a bit more weight (as I fear I managed to put the weight back I lost in 2019, thanks to Lockdown)
3. TRY to get along with my sister better (a task which, in itself, isn't easy as she often hits out at me when stressed, and she makes a nagging fuss over this slightest thing, be it a grammer debate or who was in the right when she sparks arguments)
4. Cut down on my LEGO collecting/selling for this year. (Mind you, City range have come out with so many new Minifigs from the TV series, it's almost too good to pass over. Hopefully, I shall reduce it only two big-time buys and reserve my main buys for Christmas; the the Advent Calendars and whatever Christmas Village issue comes out)
Well, let's hope for a happy, safe, and healthy 2022.
