CURRENT STATUS:
Fixing PC. Work is back on track though.
I messed around with my network settings on my work PC, and for some reason, some of my programs no longer connect to the internet.
Telegram is one of them.
I think I know where I've gone wrong, so hopefully i shall be back online tomorrow (I'm dog tired after work, so I should try and sleep soon)

As a full time network admin, I am really curious. What did you do that would take some applications offline but not others? x3

As a n00b at anything software, I have no idea. I did a network reset, and for some reason, a lot of my programs just stopped connecting lol. I've sorted it out now, took a few restarts, but programs are connecting now lol. I really just shouldn't touch my PC
