10 years waiting for my fursuit, RubberTexRaccoon

Yes, you read that right. It’s been exactly one decade since I made the first of three payments for a fullbody fursuit. Three payments of $600 USD for a total of $1800 USD, the full price for the promised fursuit. That fursuit has still not been built, and I have received no refund despite being promised one as far back as 2016.

Since the number of years has hit double digits, I thought it was time I finally speak up about this. But I can't talk about this any further on FurAffinity, since it’s against their Code of Conduct to discuss personal grievances, quarrels, and negative statements against individuals. So I'm not going to talk about it here.
So instead, completely unrelatedly, I’m merely advertising that I have an old DeviantArt account. You might find it interesting, I don’t know, take a look here: https://www.deviantart.com/master-tigress-6
And, I want to make it clear, there is to be no harassment of any person mentioned there. Not on Furaffinity, not on DeviantArt, not in the comments on this journal (I will be deleting comments of this nature), not on any other platform. In any case, I hope that this gets resolved one way or another.
If you haven't yet, I'd highly recommend checking into posting on Artist's Beware about this issue: https://artistsbeware.info/ They're a pretty good bunch and someone there might be able to help you out with getting in contact with this person, or suggesting a course of action you might take. If nothing else, people need to know, in case this person is still taking orders, because this is unacceptable.

I cannot fathom paying $1800 for anything and waiting 10 years with no refund. Don't be a pushover and make sure you have a record of every fiducial communication. You paid very, very, good money for something that should take a professional maker no more than 2 years.
Don't let them take you for a ride, you have been too kind. Best of luck you overly gentle giant.
