Note: These terms are subject to change without notice, so please read these terms carefully, if you disagree with any of them, please do not buy commissions from me, read carefully and agree to all terms before proceeding.
1 - About commissions:
You must be 18 years of age or older to order and hire my work.
If you are a minor, the Parent or Guardian should be aware and should read carefully about the terms of this term, clean commissions (non-adult) may still be allowed under these conditions, as long as the Parents or Guardians are aware and in agreement.
If fraud or an attempt to lie or omit age is found, I can terminate the agreement immediately, if the respective amount has been paid, I will refund the amount paid as soon as possible (please see item 5 - Refund Policies), any and all work initiated by these factors will be canceled.
Stylized works will not be accepted under any circumstances, before ordering my work, please make sure my style and art is what you want or what you need.
Any work done (the artwork or product) will be made available on digital media only, no physical material will be shipped sold or shipped to you. The respective files include the complete artwork finished according to the order, and optionally, the respective file (PSD, SAI2, KRA or similar) if the customer so desires.
Protect your piece of art or product, if you have lost your file or product after it has been completed, I reserve the right to send you a new copy within a maximum of 1 week within the deadline of delivery of the piece of art or product, after that time, I reserve the right not to resend, so please take care of your piece of art or product.
(Note: This is a precaution, since the file or piece of art is a digital media, I am also subject to loss or problems that result in the loss of the product/file).
The piece of art or product is owned by the client and the respective work on the piece is the property of the artist, reposting is permitted provided that:
The client must not resell his art.
The source and original creator are cited and permission is given (this does not constitute copyright infringement).
That the use of the piece of art or product is for the customer's personal use only (something like avatar, device wallpaper, personal use also of the piece of art does not constitute copyright infringement).
For new clients, I will only send 1 of 3 WIPs (work in progress), the draft is a must-have. In case I can't understand what the customer wants, another draft can be sent, don't hesitate to ask.
Only ask for product changes and edits in the Sketch phase. Once this step is completed, any changes and/or edits will be added to the product (art piece) extra fee, as edits and changes will take time and affect the final product as a whole.
Be professional, courteous, customer and seller relationship only, don't be rude, or disrespectful, if this happens I have full right to cancel your product (order) or reject your commission. To avoid further problems, keep cordiality and respect, otherwise, you may even be blocked.
Never ask about other client work in progress or artwork.
If necessary, be clear, and ask a question within the commission proposal or commission idea, citing a certain piece only (pose, scenario, etc).
No third party should alter, edit, copy, redesign (tracing) or remove the logo or watermark from a finished product, if you wish to do something like that, please contact me and notify me, depending on the factor and honesty, this may be permitted, with proper authorization.
2 – About the types of accepted and non-accepted works:
Accepted topics:
What I draw: general themes, action, fan art, mecha (combat robots or similar), cars, birds in general, aeromorphs (and similar), romantic, attractive (pin-up), macro and micro, gore and vore (depends on the context of the work or image, if it's a comic or action theme, it's valid), transformation and general non-adult, mature and adult themes, don't hesitate to ask.
What I DON'T draw: Navel penetration (or related, I don't accept), infestation (or related), exaggerated anatomy, hyper (or related), macro and micro (characters bigger than planets or related, I don't and don't accept), tentacles rape, gore in a sexual (or related) context, feel free to ask.
This list may change in the future.
3 - About Contact:
The client or interested party must send me a note in advance (if they are really interested in the slot), explaining exactly the type of idea they want for commission, art-exchange and orders, but be careful to read item 4 carefully, if in doubt, do not hesitate to ask.
If necessary, I use other means and media for contact (see main page at https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kalangomon or https://www.deviantart.com/Kalangomon), don't hesitate to ask.
Please be patient, give me a deadline of up to 72 hours to read or respond to the notes, unfortunately, it is not possible to be online and/or active all the time, due to cause or force majeure (provider, energy, etc, things or occupations personal, among others).
4 - About Commissions (Slots, Requests and Art-Trade):
Commissions, Art Exchanges and Orders will be made available in my latest Journal (so stay tuned).
Commissions - A maximum of 5 slots will be offered, when all slots are filled, 5 more slots will be announced via the newspaper as well as the order and respective buyer/current progress.
These slots will not be auctioned, only the interested party must make it clear that they are interested in the respective slot, and send a note explaining the idea they want and then negotiate the commission (pay attention to items 1 and 3).
Art Trade - Up to a maximum of 2 or 3 slots will be offered, depending on my time and availability, new slots will be opened when the others are completed and I have time and availability to do so.
Art requests: (Free art) I limit myself to offering a maximum of 2 slots for art requests, depending on time and availability, I can open these slots again.
Note: These slots will be raffled among those interested, (instructions will be given in the newspaper itself).
The way the Art Request will work is similar to commissions, as the winner wishes.
To clarify doubts, more information will be explained in a specific journal.
5 - Refund Policy:
Please be aware that my refund policy is not comprehensive.
You are displacing someone else who will be interested in the job or product (art piece), and also, given the respective time and service spent to produce the product (art piece).
The refund will work like this:
✔ Sketch/Doodle – Partial refund up to 90%;
✔ Lineart – Partial refund of up to 70%;
✔ Lineart Shading/Line and Shadow – Partial refund up to 65%;
✔ Flat Colors – Partial refund up to 50%;
✔ Full Art/Full Art – Partial refund of up to 30%.
(Note: This applies to icons (animated or not) and, in the future, to animations).
(Note: These values may vary depending on the current progress already made on the product (art piece)).
6 – Payment methods:
For Brazilian customers, only after approval and prior negotiation, the data of the respective payment methods will be provided.
I accept payment:
Pix;
Deposit in Bank Account;
PayPal.
For foreign customers, only after approval and prior negotiation, the data of the respective payment methods will be provided.
I accept payment:
PayPal Only.
Payment must be full.
If full payment is not possible, a form or means of partial payment must be negotiated (note: subject to the total amount, without any discount policy or minimal value).
7 - Final considerations:
I reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not order or purchase art from me.
I am dedicated to offering the best possible service to create your idea or carry out your project, criticisms and suggestions, as long as they are constructive, are welcome.
