Testament of Minos - Development Update

Hi people!
I wanna talk about the future of Testament of Minos.
For a long time, we got same sexual animations as the ritual skills. I add an ending animation at least every month but this does not add much to the game itself. So ToM is still a gallery style experience. Laura becomes famous here and there and you all wanna see different things from here, not only violent endings as there is an unlimited potential. I am aware of this and I am working on to give this to you.
As many of you already know, I am not a coder so I am working with a coder. One month ago, I needed to change my old coder as he got another job, but my new coder is working as a full job with ToM. This will make things more smooth and faster.
Let's talk about the future:
- Code: ToM will become a RPG and this means, tons of things. When you want to add anything, you notice that you need to refactor the old things to able to do that. With my new coder, we will make the code properly to able to add new things, new enemies, new items, new systems. This is a no-ending task as you develop but after some months, the world will be more rich for sure.
- UI: Yes, ToM UI is messed up. I like the "use screen parts as buttons" idea but ToM is a bigger and more complex game. As I do with the last updates, I am updating UI with proper buttons with better visuals and animations. With the 0.54 build next week, you will get fully animated rune menu and with 0.55 or 56, all the required UI's will be replaced.
- Visuals: As I said, all the menu backgrounds will have proper renders or animations. All the animations will have defocused/blurred backgrounds to make Laura and partner more visible/easy to use. This will be added at next build too. Furry Preys will be here next year.
- Old Game Mechanics: My biggest problem is the rituals time and balance. When you have a low level prey with low HP, you need to heal her/him many times before you finish the Climax. I add lust bonus as a percentage to all climax stats of the skills, so more lust, more climax and faster ritual ending. With next build, the "breed" action at adventure for beaten enemies, will give Laura 500 Climax and we added a new system "Lube". Lube is an energy shield which absorbs some damage per skill until depleted. Yep.. this is the idea :).
Combat will get a little rework again to make it simpler but this is for later.
- New Game Mechanics: ToM will get a huge update over Laura-Prey activities. You will have many options under different topics to do with preys. Like the ritual skills, as loops, but no connection or not like a mini-game like rituals. You will choose an action and that action will change stats of Laura and prey. Alive dildo, toying, smother, serve, abuse, oral, milking, fun, training and more. Preys will have meat qualities and Laura will gain character stats when she ate and do training. Preys will have bonding with Laura in time, up to activities you do. This is a huge step and design/code/visuals are taking time. I plan to release this before next year.
The difference between ToM and other RPG games out there is the visuals. I want to have everything seen and if possible animated. Yes, game itself is more important then visuals mostly but we are talking about an adult game here and ToM is very unique as concept. You are here to see a lovely minotaur does bad things to humans, you are here to see the action and my priority is to give it to you.
