-personal- Wrists hurty :/

I injured both my wrists and I have a show in less than 2 weeks. I do pole, and I've been really impressed with how much progress I've made in the last year, but I overused my wrists and now I have to take a break from the studio. I have the routine memorized, but I can't do half of the moves since many of them are dependent on grip strength (lots of split grips too), which I ain't got at the moment :/
I finally got a solo and everything too, which I've been working myself up to for almost 2 years now. It's annoying when your body doesn't do what you need it to do. I've been going hard on the RICE method, but it's probably not doing much since I can't stop going to classes lol. I'm used to my body being strong and I hate having to tell it to rest. π
