Yesterday I lost my dad. He passed away at the age of 69. He had primarily progressive MS and Dementia. Last Thursday he took a turn for the worst and yesterday I was alone at the hospital hospice with him and witnessed him take his last breath.

I'm still processing and grieving rn it's been rough but I'm holding on. Please keep my mom and I in your thoughts and prayers and hug your dads.
