No surgery today...Eyeball poking was involved.
Okay, I misunderstood the procedure, and no actual surgery was performed today.
Instead, they put shit in my eyes and poked them...For science.
Theres another appointment to size my eyeball, and the actual surgery is now pushed back to February.
And I'll be able to do things again...after the dilator drops wear off, and I can see in normal light again.

But seriously, February? That sucks, hang in there.
I know the struggle. I had some of that too. Once, at the middle of a sunshine filled summer day it was so bad, that after the evaluation, I couldn't look at the grey pavement, since it was blinding. My father was escorting me, and I only could follow Him, and only look where His shadow was, since the light didn't bounced back there so intensely. I was eager to the stuff to wear off and to be able to just be able to look onto anything again.

Tear-ducts test? I had that too? Doc said she steps out and will be back under a minute...I've counted until about 300 when she was back, and until then, the tiny things were between my eye and eyelids...not fun at all.
It's...disturbing...and is NOT for someone getting ready for eye surgery. :)
