going to start attending cons again
ive finally managed to get a job that doesn't pay me poverty wage, and now that the worst of covid is over(hopefully) im going to start attending more conventions. like maybe twice a year.
I went to MFF recently and had an amazing time with friends and new people ive met. i would totally do that again, and im gonna get prepared for anthrocon next.
also FYI according to some staff and volunteers i talked with the convention had around 18,000 attendees which is an insane amount of furries in one place all at once.
i'd consider doing a panel about 3D concepts, but i need to get a new laptop since my mac died in 2020. i would also need to have a projector or other medium to enlarge the image so everyone can see. ive never attended anthrocon either so i would have to talk with the staff about what equipment is avalible where and when, and what the panel rooms look like, ECT...
I would have met more online friends if i walked through the artist alley, but i didn't get to. I don't plan on making that mistake again.
