While flyers aren't so much my thing, I advocate for pouch teats. They just make way more sense than chesticles.

Canonically I give my female marsupials either no pouch, or a vestigial one with no teats. But that's because I tend to lean more humanoid with anatomy on the canonical critters, and can't see the finer details of marsupial birth and gestation being plausible on an anthro. (Could you imagine if humans were birthed after only a couple months and then carried around in a pouch for several months after? It'd be messy, awkward, and strenous as hell!)

Outside of canon, I don't have a problem with it either way. IMO it's no different than putting extra belly teats on a canine or an udder on a cow even if you still give them breasts. Whichever way looks right to YOU, the creator/artist/commissioner, is the right one.

I am ambivalent on this matter, but usually like to see things alternate for fairness' sake: chest breasts in one image, and natural pouch puffs in another. As usual, you may do as you wish!

The more anatomically correct to the species the better imo. Granted anything anthropomorphic is going to have whatever features the creator comes up with, but just for me the closer to the real thing it can get the better I am going to like the art. Always preferred more natural closer to IRL as possible while still maintaining their anthro personality.

So stuff like unnatural colors or just odd bits and pieces are a no go for me, but everyone has their preferences.

I've seen plenty of anthro girls with breasts and then also teats for the rest of the nipples, so I see no reason not to have both. ^_~

My own opinion is that the teats inside the pouch is how it is done in real life, and as such, they do not have breasts as we know them. if you want to show a roos tits, then you need to not have pouch teats. a roos lymphatic system can't support a milk line.

I'm fine with pouch teats, but my opinion on this is the same as it is with cows. Either have breasts or teats, not both. To me, it (usually) doesn't look right to have both. It's like if a furry had one foot digitigrade and the other plantigrade.

My anthro marsupials have both. They have nipples/teats in a pouch and breasts on their chest. The pouch teats are only used for a few weeks until the joey is big enough to survive outside of the pouch.
