COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE (Updated 2025)

1. I prefer to take payment before starting a project. I accept PayPal, Ko-Fi, or Cashapp.
2. I do not allow my art to be used for NFT’s, nor will I accept NFT commissions. Further, I do not allow my artwork to be used in conjunction with A.I without my approval prior.
3. I have the right to choose to display and promote all commissioned artwork, unless client has requested a private commission. The client has the right to remain anonymous if they prefer for an additional minor fee.
4. Clients cannot claim my art as their own work. They may make edits to the artwork for profile pictures, but should provide indication of any edits through their upload descriptions or by notifying the artist.
5. Commission work may be subjected to additional terms or pricing not listed here or in my commission price guide.
6. I will commit myself to completing your project. If any incident should prevent me from completing the artwork, the client may discuss refunding or other compensation.
7. Communication can be conducted most easily through Discord, though I frequently check for Furaffinity notes. I may also be contacted through Twitter and Bluesky messages, though they are not my primary platforms for communicating. You may also email me at maximusart2001@gmail.com.
8. I have the right to refuse service, with regard to my availability at the time, discomfort or uncertainty with the commission idea, or any other aspect which may be disclosed at my discretion.
9. By commissioning me, you agree to have read this journal and understand its contents for the purpose of commissioning artwork.
