Where I am Located and Stances on Use of My Characters

Hello! Has been a hot minute.
I am here simply to lay out some things into the public, cause I've been here a while and I feel I'd rather have a Journal to point people at to keep things straight verses...not having that, and letting things be up in the air.
First off, I am currently located at:
-Here (FA) Primarily
- Twitter , here I reblog what I see get thrown up there and do literally nothing else (until the site inevitably crashes and burns). If you actively use this site I hope you die ^^.
- BlueSky , because for the moment it's actually a decent place where you actually have a timeline so you can actually keep up with what people post, and it's not scrapped for AI and the killing of artists. So I use/comment on this a lot more (but still mostly just do that and repost things because I'm a writer so my craft is worthless on there).
- Pillowfort , basically strictly a back up media page, for if everything else falls.
- Deviantart , where I have deleted everything cause the site is a pile of AI driven shit, but I keep the account around for sta.sh links and that's it.
- Toyhouse , finally got an invite for one of these! So I have one now to, will probably see it more as I get the time to expand on it x3, and will probably be the place I migrate to if FA ever truly dies as it's the only place that actually gives an F about writing/has the ability for me to add writing to images, verses the bs brain rot 'can't have more than two sentences' worthlessness that is the rest of the social media landscape.
- Discord , You will know if you are in contact with me, if I didn't give you my contact information, and I am the one approaching you in a random discord, it's not me, I literally don't have the social energy capacity to do that unless an extraneous reason makes it so. I apologies in advance if/when you ask for my Discord handle and I say no because I already fail to respond to people on there let alone adding yet another person not to respond to.
- Telegram , A relic that I have pretty much entirely as a back up, and for the like three people that still message me over there instead of Discord. You will also never get this information from me/never see anything from me from here.
And that is it.
I say all this to state that if you see 'me', my characters, or my art, in any location other than here or the places linked above, it's not me. It is not up with my permission. And especially if it is an edited piece for a character of mine, I did not condone it's use in whatever use it is currently being used for.
Now, granted, this is the internet. I know people will steal what I put up here, I know people will use what I post in ways I'd rather them not, but that is why this is here. Just to say that I did not condone it, I do not approve of it, and if you do it, I hate you, pure and simple ^^.
If you are RPing with characters of mine in a location that isn't above (or on Discord, as you probably are not unless you are in the know), you are not, and anything you do with them will not effect them in any way. I do not for any reason have any obligation to entertain your fantasies with my characters, regardless of where you might have entertained them yourself.
I have very little desire myself to do things with characters that aren't my own or I have no personal connection with the person behind them, this isn't to say I don't understand having 'needs' for them or having interests in them, I of course still have interests in other peoples designs for there characters, but I have no real need to 'pretend to be them' or 'pretend like I'm interacting with them'. As such, I don't condone the use of my characters in this sense, and would rather people not pretend like they are my characters. My characters are my characters, I put a lot of time, effort, and care into their crafting, and only people whom I know have put as much effort into understanding them will ever get the 'privilege' of acting as them in writing. I can count those people on one hand, otherwise, if you want to interact with them, interact with me. I know I'm elusive and hard to pin down, I apologies for that. But if you're here what you want of them probably will be seen, otherwise, just know that anything 'you do' I do not support/have any stake in, and neither do any of my characters.
ALL that being said, I do support my characters being 'inspiration' for you, I do hope you find my ideas entertaining and hell, I do hope you use them (being the ideas) yourself if you like them a lot. I won't scoff at seeing more hip winged dragons, I won't scoff at seeing more drolfs. I would just rather anyone that sees my work and gets enough of an interest in it make or get something made that enhances it with your own interests and desires. Copy paste is a fun tool I know, but your life is not enriched when you use it. Use you're brain, I know you can, it's in your head. I believe in you! ovo.
Also this isn't a stance against anyone drawing my characters as like a 'gift' or something either, not that I'd expect that all that much but one can get enough of an idea of my characters to depict them appropriately more than likely in that sense xD. As stated below, this is largely pointed at 'straight theft' and pretending to be them in most often an RP sense.
(also if you ask and I give you my 3D models to use, obviously there's a bit of leeway there compared to what is stated above. If you make something with them, haza, the act of doing so is enough of a creative venture that I support it, even if I won't necessarily support what comes of it [I might! but I'm not obligated to xD]. This is more pointed at image/character likeness theft and straight ripping of them in and in of itself.)
(also, as of this writing at least, this isn't in response to anything in particular. I've had one instance that I know of of egregious character plagiarism to date, and it's been dealt with. This is just to put this statement here so that it's somewhere, I been meaning to do so for a while, and now I have. ovob Don't gotta read into it! Also I know a lot of my stuff is on e621, everyone's stuff is over there, it's a haven for that sort of thing. The fact I can at least search most of it [I hope] with my tag makes me not care to much, I know trying to police it is a lost cause. I just again, want to make the statement so people know my stance XD not in some mentally deranged move to think 'this will make it stop foreverrrr!' x3)
(final clarification, because I saw someone else word it rather well and 'Imma use it here', I do not condone use of my characters without my consent. Concepts within stories/images I make/get made are 'fair use', but all my characters are my own, I do not condone their existence outside of the locations above, and I do not condone their use publicly without my consent. Ask if you want to use them or create an idea with them. Or, get to know me well enough that gifts seem appropriate. No exceptions)

I had heard of deviantart becoming a trash site these days. Friend of mine one time got his art stolen and it was an act of congress just for Deviantart to do something about it when it should've been done in that exact moment.
Still thank you for sharing this with us and we hope everything is going well for you, and of course we'll keep a sharp eye out if anyone is using your characters behind your back and without permission and inform you of the event as soon as we can.

And yeah, it's a mess over there. Using images for AI without permission, the sites creators not giving two shi%s about their user base and doing changes for changes sake that make the site strictly worse to navigate. It's a worthless pile at this point and I keep it just for the stubborn individuals over there that refuse to leave and for sta.sh. That's it.

I won't complain to see and read more about your characters! Each new piece enriches their lore and it's neat to see them interact with one another. It's inspiring to show the attention you bring to every artwork, in itself and the story to go along with it.
