I'm also curious, if it wouldn't take up much of ya'lls time in staff - what prompted these changes? It feels a little out of nowhere to seemingly target a base demographic that's been here since the start ( digimon, pokemon, toon, etc fans ). Without a guideline or some sorta clear cut definition as to what is no longer accepted - it feels like this is inviting bad actors to mass target those with toony styles or canon compliant poke/digimon artists.

Thank you for posting this. This is extremely surprising to me, I really do not trust this staff's decision here! Considering what they've considered "childlike" in other tickets and the policy itself, this just confuses me even more...

Thinking about this, I really don't think they read what you wrote about the future NSFW ref sheet. I straight up think they're saying "This image isn't NSFW, so it's fine!" and then the part about shortstack adults is a pasted response. Like Delphi has nearly the same proportions as Cubone, I have absolutely NO idea what qualities they are attributing to age if they are saying Delphi is fine, but the others they've made decisions on are too childlike.

Delphi looks like a chibi critter to me, not a child, but I would have to assume that FA staff would think they are childlike based on all the characters listed in the official policy.

The only correlation I noticed was some of those pictures that were deemed "not fine" had some heavy foreshortening while others didn't. This still confuses me.

Also, very interesting to note, a piece with an Eevee also came back fine [I submitted my ticket before they had clarification saying Eevee wasn't allowed, so that's why it was even in the batch. But it came back fine, which is both a relief, but also leaving me even more confused] :

Predictably, this one is banned. It shows Dragoneer, so I imagine they'd want to err on the side of caution.

Yeah, Dragoneer had some art that would be considered against the rule. When they made the policy announcement a month ago, people reported Dragoneer's art and it was taken down. People bring it up to say it's hypocritical, but people can change. But even if he hasn't changed, he can still decide to ban content he likes off of his website. The policy doesn't inherently make a moral judgement on anyone who likes "childlike" characters (it sure does imply it though). The hypocrisy is that the rule seems to conveniently exclude guilmon, despite including agumon ...

Anyway I do not believe that staff member about keldeo for a second LOL. Send them a pic of on-model keldeo x virizion or the others and they will 100% say it's against the rule based on the size difference

Yup! I missed saying it in the comment, but the second Veemon (that was removed from his gallery) was determined by the staff to actually be absolutely fine to post! That's the weird part. It's another reason why I think it's pretty clear there's no real internal guideline/consistency.

Since the second part of the question wasn't answered, I might take that suggestion and send in some art. It's becoming quite frustrating determining what is/isn't allowed.

Not a ticket but, something concerning to note: the user  akamikazetiger was banned within 2 days of sharing 3 versions of a NSFW Digimon piece (the ban might have happened earlier, but when I noticed on the 25th, the most-recent of the 3 pieces was 2 days old). The first 2 versions went up on June 21, the third went up June 23, and I noticed the user was banned (exclamation point on their username) on June 25.

In the description (identical for all 3 images), the user expressed that they knew the piece would probably not be allowed once the rule change goes into effect on July 1st. They also said they would delete the FA posts on June 30th or earlier, in order to comply. Yet despite this, they have been banned already - this suggests that the 2.7 change regarding Pokemon/Digimon might be getting enforced ahead of schedule.

Quick disclaimer that I don't 100% know for certain that this piece is what got them banned (they don't seem to have acknowledged the ban on their other socials). But the timing worries me.

I mean if that piece did get them banned I'd have expected it to be removed from their FA by a mod. Sooo I'd wait for confirmation before anything.

I could see it being due to that piece, the staff could have seen the act of posting it while knowing it will eventually break the rule as an "unfit for our community" type activity, and then they didn't delete the piece to adhere to the July 1st deadline. Who knows though, it could have been from a comment they left somewhere, or anything.

— You can get banned for having non-explicit thumbnails of flagged Pokemon/Creatures.
— You can, indeed, graphically digest babies. Maybe only in text, though!
— FA staff will not fully review stories/audio for offending content even when pressed, instead asking to review it yourself. This is extremely abusable. (Linking photos in stories, straight-up underaged characters, child voices in audio.)
— They will make mistakes often. Two vanilla vore pictures got flagged, despite their policy.
— Multiple people do indeed review the ticket. Sometimes they say “we”. Other times, “I”.
— Blitzdrachin’s proportion image was answered… but they never gave the answer to her. WTF.
