I checked again and Mastodon tells me you have to approve the follow somehow? All I know is when I doublechecked your name it gave me the option to "Cancel Follow" and not "Following" like it does for other accounts.

As for my instance not liking yours, that could be a BIIIIIIIIIIG problem in general as I'm in mastodon.social, the main instance.
