Commissions' INFO and TOS

To get a commission from me you must be on my WAITING LIST.
If you are, I'll eventually contact you via FA notes.
Being on the list means you AGREE to the terms and conditions listed below, so please read them carefully and understand them.
-Important Commission Info:
I'll only accept visual references of your characters (I'm not doing character design)
Even a doodle would do.
If you want to use a character that you do not own, you MUST send me express permission from the owner to use said character.
-Things I won’t draw:
Loli, Shota, cub, any underage depiction, scat, watersports, gore, snuff, excessive muscles, diapers (essentially nothing too freaky or disturbing fetishes), heavily detailed backgrounds, and comic pages.
-Things I will draw:
Gay, straight, trans, male, female, chubby, hyper, etc… oh and SFW
-Commission Price (1 or 2 characters ONLY)
Fully rendered, Simple BG: $450 USD.-
(regardless if it's 1 or 2 characters).
*Private Commission + $200 USD.-*
-Payments: :
Initial payment of $250 USD.- (non-refundable, Unless I am not able to finish/keep working on it).
Final payment of $200 USD.- once the commission is done.
(I will send the finished product once I receive the final payment).
Payments VIA PAYPAL INVOICE ONLY so I'll need your PayPal info. (DO NOT send any payments until you get a response from me accepting your commission request).
-WIPS, Updates and Corrections:
I’ll send you WIPs of your commission for you to review and give me feedback.
You'll get up to 3 corrections for free. After that I'll charge + $50 USD per change so please be mindful when you revise the WIP updates.
Examples of corrections are, changes to length of limbs, size of body parts, minor color adjustments, etc.
Corrections are NOT a complete change of idea for the commission e.i. changes in characters, pose, perspective or composition.
I won't make corrections after the last WIP update has been approved
You don’t have permission to post or use any WIP images I send you unless I specifically tell you otherwise.
I'll send the finished commission via e-mail Only (PNG file High Res).
You are in your every right post your Finished Commission (with due credits) anywhere you want after you receive it.
-Lastly, I reserve the right to use the finished image in any way I see fit [unless it's private(*)see above].
