disclaimers 
i reserve the right to turn down any commissions whose subject matter makes me uncomfortable.
i have issues with my hands! commissioned artwork may be finished slowly. if you have a deadline you need it by please let me know! otherwise it will be done when it's done.
prices are subject to change. i reserve the right to increase prices for overly complex commissions.
i will only accept commissions from people aged 18 and over.
payments and refunds
i take payment upfront and before i start drawing. this is to avoid getting scammed. if you are genuinely truly uncomfortable with this, i'm willing to do 'half now/half later', but we will have to discuss this.
i only take payment through paypal invoices.
a commissioner will receive updates at the sketch phase and the lineart phase. any changes at this stage are free, but any changes after that stage come with a fee. the fee depends on how big the change is.
i will only refund a commission if i am personally unable to finish it or if i have not yet started working on it. i do not offer refunds otherwise.
i reserve the right to cancel commissions if i feel abused or mistreated by the commissioner. you will not be refunded if that happens so please be polite.
i do take 'private' and 'anonymous' commissions for an extra fee.
will/wont do
i am always happy to draw sfw, nsfw, anthros, character designs, artistic nudity, and most run of the mill things.
i will consider drawing fetish porn, violence, light gore, overtly complex designs on a case-by-case basis.
i will not draw underage characters, snuff, heavy gore, vore, 'unsanitary' kinks, diapers, inflation, ferals, and i maintain the right to turn down a commission with a subject matter that makes me uncomfortable even if i have forgotten to mention it.
there are certain kinks/fetishes i am willing to draw but not willing to post. any art with those will incur an extra fee due to counting as a private commission.
permissions
a commissioner has the right to repost their commissioned artwork provided they link back to me.
you may not redistribute my art for monetary gain, such as selling the design on merch, unless we have a commercial agreement. commercial art is subject to different pricing.
you may not claim my art as your own.
you may not make edits to my art, such as recoloring, tracing, etc.

by ordering a commission you confirm that you have read and agreed with the above terms.
