Well, another month has passed.
Medically I'm doing alright, some days worse than others, some days better. Still not able to return to work. Standing/walking is limited as is carrying any weight. Weight loss seems to have stabilized which is good, at 6'9" weighing just over 200 lbs is a bit light for me.
Mentally I'm hanging in there. Hearing from y'all here, on Discord, and when I am able to stream does seriously help my mental state. Thank you!
Pandawife is working long hours and it's stressful. Her boss is an idiot! Tells her "This isn't how we did it at a fortune 500 company" Guess what, I worked for a fortune 500 company and he would have been fired LONG ago for even HALF the shit he's pulled. He's fat-phobic, sexist, and believes you need a college degree to do the job my wife has done for 20+ years without a degree. Oh, and he makes sexual jokes in the workplace like this is the 1920's and sees nothing wrong with it. He's even stated he would like to fire my wife but the owner of the company won't let him. (sorry for the rant, but this guy gets on my last nerve)

As for your pandalove, she has to write all that down so she could drop a big fat file the day he might succeed in firing her.
chair yoga, some tai chi, gung fu? maybe soft pilates if you can...see if you can find (cheap Ha!) warm water aqua excersize...hard to fund but goid for you, especially when youre weak (my heart probs...)
