I do prefer sfw in general, but I honestly don't mind the nsfw variants either. Its a representation of how I usually feel about flattenings after all. X3

Hmm... to be fair it depends on what you want to do on the moment, if you want to do classic slapstick humor or just horny stuff.
A good compromise is always the suggestive stuff, like some blushing or a specific speech bubble for example, in an SFW way. Personnally this is my favorite kind of stuff, 'cuz it is suited as for the cute/nice part of flattening as... the horny side, if you want to interpret it like that B)

Either is fine by me, the flattening is the important part and NSFW variants add a bit more spice to things.

Speaking purely personally I like the SFW versions as I'm not a huge fan of pleasure from flattening and with the SFW versions I can imagine they're pure humiliation from being squashed and not humiliation from creaming from it as well. But that being said I got nothing against NSFW versions being posted as well.

Happy to hear your perspective on it! The humiliation and embarrassment are also my favorite parts of flattening, more than the characters themselves actually gaining pleasure from it. And I can get how some might not like the latter bit, it’s all personal preference.

Oh, I really love your nsfw stuff because I genuinely like seeing stuff like a penis being flattened against a body or even cumming from being flattened, which adds an extra layer of pleasure and humiliation, kinda like someone loving the process despite trying their damndest to oppose it or not let it happen. I really enjoy stuff like that and it’s personally a big part of why I love flattening!

I tend to prefer SFW stuff myself, but Im not all that put off by the NSFW art. SFW is just a preference for me. I just enjoy the suggestiveness more than the actual explicit. my favorite aspect of flattening stuff is just the humiliation, so I'd rather the characters be embarrassed than turned on lol.

I’ve always been partial to NSFW, but I’m totally cool with SFW, too. I think NSFW adds some nice spice to an already fantastic meal.

Even in the fetish context I prefer the more SFW side of it, personally I'm a fan of the helplessness/objectfication aspect of Flattening, genitals and the squished victims feeling aroused doesn't do anything to me.
Though I imagine that a lot of people prefer the latter, so having both versions is probably the best way all around!

i like both! for myself, if the situation allows, i'll try to draw in a way where it can be interpreted as either. as iconography in art, while cum is a fun way to show a character enjoying something, there's other ways to show that, too. characters that are null can still do nsfw things, as well! but as for what i prefer seeing... i really couldn't say which is better; nsfw or sfw, characters enjoying it happening or not enjoying it in the slightest... if cute furry guys get flat, i'm all for it.

I enjoy SFW flats as much as I do NSFW flats actually! I do think the SFW stuff is how most people get introduced to it before eventually discovering the NSFW stuff. I started out as a lurker for the SFW stuff for years before I started drawing NSFW!

NSFW flattenings are the pearls in a sea of SFW flattening content. Beautiful and rare. Despite the fact that this can be a SFW-oriented subject, those of us who enjoy NSFW content seriously love it when it's done right like your work is. There's so much more heat, passion, and variety that can be had with NSFW work which you just can't have otherwise with your generic spread eagle steamroller flats or coin squishes.

For you though, I see you as a NSFW artist. You can definitely make SFW content or alts if you'd like, but don't do it if it's not something that you aren't passionate about to make people happy. It's not worth it, and it's certainly not worth the inevitable burnout from learning that the hard way.

I love your description of it! It's actually the main reason why I started doing NSFW flats myself, I felt like there was a particular niche within a niche within a niche that I really wanted to explore. I'm passionate about this stuff, and I have learned hard lessons through burnout before, but I still enjoy the journey!
