Just a generic error, or is there something else? Are you sure the file has correct format, filesize, etc.?

Well it finally works so it was probably my internet connection!

FA has been slow loading images for me. Internet speeds are fine on my end, and other websites load fine. So maybe FA has just been slow for the past few days.

Sounds like the server being slow again. It happens, especially while the page is under ddos attacks.
