Found Another Good Furry Anime
Called "Fuse: Memoirs of the Hunter Girl". Thought it was really good. Was surprised to find almost no fanart for it online.
Art style: Very pretty. Animation was pretty good. Some of the faces kinda bothered me. But otherwise no complaints. Backgrounds and setting were beautiful.
Characters: Honestly not terribly complex, but fine for what the movie was. Also there's a scene at the beginning that I didn't like of something the main character does. Something that doesn't make a whole lot of sense, given her reaction to the same thing later on when other people do it. Plus just didn't like seeing our main lead, who we're supposed to like, doing that. you'll know what I mean if you watch it.
Voice Acting: Honestly Japanese voice acting often grates on me, which is why I prefer dubbed anime over subtitles (I know, shock/horror to the weebs). But didn't mind it in this one. Still would've preferred dubbed, but I don't think this movie was well-known enough in the western world to get a dub.
Setting: This is just down to my preference, but I liked it. The world was a more fantastic interpretation of historical Japan. Something that appeals to me.
Story: Basic, but in a good way. It's a tear jerker though. Felt myself tearing up at parts, and that's rare. In a similar vein to Wolfs Rain, and Wolf Children. Mix in a bit of Inuyasha.
