Another wave of immature bullshit from FA.

I know most of my watchers aren't ABDL so y'all are out of the loop on this, BUT YOU SHOULD STILL LISTEN, THIS MIGHT AFFECT YOU NEXT.
There's currently a bit of ban/takedown wave happening here on FA, of galleries containing age-regression art. There have not been any recent rule changes or statements/announcements. Many of the accounts hit Will have been brought to FA's attention when the last actual rule change happened.
There is only one inferrence to be made here:
FurAffinity currently has one or multiple moderators taking down galleries, not according to the rules, but according to what they find icky.
This is bad.
Obviously.
Now, two more important bits of context to note:
- The initial modmail message that came with the recent takedowns made no sense, and a recently revised one makes less sense (credit to puddles @\vaporeon.baby on bsky). Literally "youre allowed to do this, except you aren't.".
- Sciggles, the current head honcho of FA has said she'll look into this when she gets out of hospital. Personally, I do not expect her to do jack shit.
So what's the idea here from us users?
Step one: raise your voice. I don't use my twitter anymore, and FA doesn't have a bluesky account, so even one of you tweeting them about it would do be doing me a big favor. Force them to address it.
Step two: don't fucking leave. I've seen a good few people shuttering their accounts, which is EXACTLY WHAT THESE PRICKS WANT. They want the site "less icky". Don't give them an inch. Keep furry weird - including this website. Make backups, obviously, because you don't know which community a rogue mod is going to target next, but don't make their cleansing job any easier.
If you find yourself thinking, "okay, but banning abdl isn't a big deal to me", remember whose journal you're reading right now, and what the first story in my gallery is. Rape is a much more """""problematic""""" kink than ABDL, lmao. Even if I didn't have ABDL stories in my gallery, I could easily be next.
If you value my stories, then first of all: download them. Not even I can take them from you that way. Second, follow me on bluesky. I don't think I'm gonna get banned from there anytime soon, so it should be safe as a main base for me to link you places if I do end up getting kicked off this site. If you're really fuckin allergic to making a bluesky account (why?? its so good), then my email is yoyofoxwell@gmail.com, fuckin just send me an email if I disappear.
To reiterate, I am not going anywhere, this is not a "find me elsewhere post". I will fight tooth and nail to stay on this site, WITH my current gallery, until they have to scrape me off with a chisel. I'm just saying that if it happens out of nowhere, don't mourn me, cause I won't be dead.
