Nami sounds fun.
Though, I spent enough time around weebs & furries to know that no one is going to be normal with a lifesize plush except a few people who can't afford it.
If it is too obvious then... Nuwa. I like panda girls
If not that then maybe a fluffy Jolteon?

But if I could choose a Waifu of any character not my own, and for the sake of giving me a challenge not any other furry's character either (There's one of xanderh's characters that 0laffson drew I'd find instant waifu material for my preference, also one from Kalahari and a few from Ruaidri I'd love especially for a plush), to have a life size plush of, I mean forgive me if I don't fully understand what "Waifu material" would be exactly, other than usually being a woman that you'd find wife material, because I honestly I don't fully understand the term.

Oh yeah I'm going to think this through way too much so bare with me, as this is kinda how I have fun with these questions.
One answer I would think would be Fidget from Dust: an Elysian tail. I genuinely really want a plush of the doll in the game just in general, because it's adorable. Though I do think she might be very good Waifu material personality alone, not sure if she's my waifu preference at all though. I'd like a mega plush, but less for waifu reasons, so I think it's worth listing.

Let's see, I have a made a full chart of character's I'd would have had a childhood crush on if I was exposed to them at a younger age, that I also realize my preference hasn't really changed (Well it did, but only during high school, reverting back to where we started once I graduated, for some reason.) So I'm stealing from that for answers.
One of the tops is Angela Cross, yeah she's almost the embodiment of what I find attractive personality wise, and a good body too, not perfect to my preference but really close. Yeah I'll take one Waifu life size plush.
I have Foxy Roxy from that one fighting game nobody played... but for some reason I did because I don't like fighting games and that one's aspects that made it a bad fighting game made it perfect for me. Yeah I like her because I have a fox bias and woman that can seriously fight. Probably wouldn't stand out too much design wise though.
I have the Sniper unit from Tooth and Tail, currently (of what I have played) the worse RTS I've seen, Once again, fox bias, and woman that can fight, but her art work seems like she'd look cute too. But like Foxy Roxy, kinda generic in terms of look, so as a plush it wouldn't stand out, but I'd want it. Might look better if she's going to be a plush in your style though.
We have a Khajiit caravan guard Khayla from Skyrim, that I found endearing and cute on my first play through, yes another woman that could beat the crap outa anyone, but this time she's also good enough at sneaking to teach others. Quick note as this might say a lot about me, I found her and her barely existent character they gave her cute and despite being in full steel armor attractive that I wish I could marry her in the game, but found the one vampire lady everyone wanted to be able to marry because of her boob window annoying and I wished I could just kill her with the piece of cardboard she was cut from and do the rest of the quest line without her just out of hating her that much.
Yeah I'd love a life size plush of her... The Khajiit guard, not the vampire lady... It would especially in your style, enhancing her features way more!
next we have that fox from two kinds with a note next to her picture that just said "(From distant appearance)"... I am currently soft banned from reading that comic until I get a interview done that I have been delaying for the last 6 years... No I won't elaborate, we'd be here longer than we already are.
In terms of Waifu preference plush material though.... Oh yeah, certainly! though she falls in the same trap as Foxy Roxy and that Sniper fox... hm...
The second to last I have is Silver from the recent comic Vixen logic... I love her body type and personality... As a plush though... eh... probably wouldn't work... Especially if it were in your style... no offense. Besides I doubt this one counts on my 'no furry oc' rule and if not just barely, but it's on my list so I have to.
Though on a side tangent, I think I added her to that list just because she was my preference, and the list I made went from "What would have been childhood crushes" to "My preference shown through furry fictional characters" for some reason, but I rolled with it.
I also have on this this list a hidden item of what got named as Lt. Vixen from that north korean propaganda cartoon that just said "(You'd think so you poor soul, but even for my high patriotic side, she's too far 'Patriotic American' for my preference, even as a kid.)"
As far as life size plushy, because might as well as we're here, nah...
You'd think Kyrstal would be on this list, both of the plushy and childhood crush, she seems perfect, good looking, a woman that can fight... fox. But no, she's not surprisingly not. Yeah that one I chalk up to losing attractiveness to character's already in romantic relationships
I also have what's basically "Shenzi from the lion king, but only if she was anthro and this design" on the list... But if you were making a life plushy of a Anthro Shenzi in your art style... Yeah I'd take one... maybe not right away, but I'd cave in eventually. And it would count her as Waifu material, maybe not great material, but material none the less.
This isn't on my list but might as well get it out of the way:
While not characters, but I guess pokeman and one digitmon species can count on the waifu list, I would want a Lucario and Braixen plush, but not as a waifu reasons, but I love pairing them together in general... So I guess on the Waifu scale of my preference it fails, but we had to get that outa the way.
I have two character's from Super Animal Battle Royal that Hingit did... But if we got them in your style as a life size plush... Okay I'd cave, total Waifu material for me.
Now you see why I didn't count original characters from furries? Look how long this is!
Though if asked of what furry OCs I'd want as life size pushes you might get a shorter answer, but that needs to be asked for... I spent too long on this and that was the point!
