I can't comprehend how people legit use it for serious purposes to gain traction and profit. This is like purchasing fast food and disguising it as one's own cooking. AI is totally fine for shitposts, but attempting to replace legit work with it? Hell no.

And unlike Skinner, there's nothing delightful about AI's devilishness

Puff, there are thousands of those on DeviantArt, and I think it's the only site that allows it, and thanks to that, it has lost all personality of the site. By the way, I always find images of characters in underwater with puffy cheeks there (I find weirder and weirder fetishes in DA 😅)

Seriously, posting these things as if they were theirs is really disgusting, and that trick doesn't work because it's very obvious. No offense, but I'm sure that people who do that are little kids and/or people who don't know how to draw.

I, on the other hand, am in favor of using AI art to get ideas, references, or simply as a means of entertainment and save the images you like the most in a folder, as I do.

Ai is dumb as heck…and those with low IQ constantly fall for it…bleh

Speaking as someone who worked tirelessly for weeks to enter a local art competition and hopefully win but who ultimately lost to someone who's not even an artist that actually submitted an Ai art that actually won the whole competition with it, I can honestly say I don't have a positive experience with AI art being considered real art

IMO, prompts are little more than search terms. When you use AI, “search results” arrive smashed and blended together… unless it’s overtrained, then you get an almost exact reproduction of someone else’s work… and potentially a legal headache.
