it may be a spambot or a scam artist in general. i should know, for i encounter these kind of people on deviantart alot. the only difference is that i will immediatly block if they leave shady comments, that makes me suspect scam/spambot behaviour.

do not let them get onto your skin, you only did what was nessecary in case illegal activity is proven.
