Merry Christmas!

It's Christmas morning, there is some snow on the ground (albeit old and crusty), I gave and received, and I am thankful and merry and full of good cheer. To those of you who understand...I have new pants!!!
Whatever you do today, whatever you celebrate or don't celebrate, I hope it's a good day, a relaxing day, one filled with love and generosity, the comfort of friends and family, and maybe some eggnog or fine brandy.

I received gifts, though I had not expected any (due to tight funds); Four new shirts, which I desperately needed, three very interesting books, and one heck of a coffee mug, with Einstein's mathematical derivation of E = mc^2.
I got the biggest chuckle from the mug; It's been years since I've even worked out that famous equation in a Physics class.
We had most of the immediate family at my folks house (and three decorated trees - one for the living room, the dinning room, and one for gifts) and food up to our eyeballs.
I'm so stuffed with wine, ham, turkey, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin pie I'll not eat until tomorrow night; a trip to my gym tomorrow is in order.
Had a great time (and Christmas goes by so fast... way to fast sometimes). I'm stretching it out as long as possible.
You deserve it for being such a great artist for us to aspire to.
