I am going to get surgery.
Either they can remove it if they don't damage the urine tube too much.
I doubt they can manage that because it is pretty big and pretty deep.
So what is more likely is they are gonna insert a little tube between bladder and kidney so that the intense pain from all the build up of pressure doesn't come back and the stone can then take all the time in the world to come out on it's own without me risking infection in the kidney from all the urine piling up.

little heads up, it'll start hurting after a few weeks (in about a month or so) because your body will start rejecting the stent, but don't worry, it's no where near as painful and the removal procedure is pretty quick :3
