Safely home now.

Had a small surgery earlier today.

The kidney stone cannot be removed yet. The pressure from all the urine it blocked off at the kidney and other factors prevented the removal.

Instead I got a stent, a little tube, that reaches from my bladder to my kidney, bypassing the stone. This allows Urine the urine free movement, preventing the build up of urine. This in turn will prevent the painful pressure I had yesterday and the possibility of infection.

I've also gotten pills to widen my urine tract between bladder and kidney, this might give the stone more room to break free.

I got a follow up appointment to check up on the stone in 6 weeks. After which I'll get another surgery to remove the stent and the stone if it is still there. No pressure build up and widened urine tract will make it easier and less likely to cause damage.

So yeah, that happened. I'm sitting at home now. I got the constant feeling I need to pee beause my body feels there is something wrong where the stent is now. Peeing is also still abit painful. But other than that I am fine.
