OC name changes?

Been a while since I've written anything here, right?
Not exactly social RL, I've become something of a recluse, but online I can be found over at https://blog.taursnd.haus/profile/vextaur/ where I'm rather active.
Any how, the meat of this is easy, my AWD boy ( NSFW https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61.....#cid:186482344 ) hasn't really got a name of his own, simply using mine, and that's fine. Recently though, the idea of naming him Cruft came to mind.
Today I sorta changed my mind, or something like that, it occurred to me that it might be funnier to rename my centaur, Vex, to Cruft, and pass the Vex name over to my AWD.
Why? Because some might saw taurs have unnecessary extra parts. Sure, cruft is more referring to unneeded, useless, defective, unwanted parts, but its close enough to make it funny, no?
