R.I.P Ozzy Ozborne

A legend has passed today, the one most credit as being the father of the Metal genre...
I've listened to Black Sabbath pretty much since I was born... and I do say this quite literally. My dad was BIG fan of Black Sabbath, we went to a few Ozzy Osborne and Black Sabbath festivals together... I even live streamed the Back to the Beginning concert (as there was little to no chance of getting a ticket to the gig itself) so while Ozzy's Passing doesn't come as a surprise... it's still saddens me deeply. Honestly with the lifestyle the man led, it's genuinely more of a surprise he lasted this long...
Still, his last show was amazing, he couldn't have had a better send-off (well, Axl Rose sucked... but what else is new) and when Ozzy was on stage, even stuck in his chair he knocked it out of the park. If you haven't had a chance to watch Back to the Beginning I implore you to do so
R.I.P Ozzy Ozborne! Your throne awaits you!

Aye, saw that a little while ago; Absolutely amazing artist - bought all his new albums as well as the old. He had such influence, and such pure metal sound to his stuff. Certainly did not have an easy life though, and maybe now he can rest in peace along with the gods of Metal.
