Ok first of all:
Gotta love the roast chicken and RC Cola I get in CostCo, that's a dank lunch
Secondly: isn't this also added to the fact they're trying to take PalWorld in court with their now recent patents just to get more money by putting patents on mechanics they weren't the first to do but they're the most popularized to do so?
I get my roast chickens from Winco. I love their lemon pepper one. And sometimes you just gotta have an RC cola.
From what I've heard, the Palworld lawsuit may not be going in Nintendo's favor right now. Nintendo had to modify some of their patents to be even more vague after the lawsuit started, just to have a legal reason to sue. I feel like that in the end, this'll end up like the lawsuit Henry Ford won, proclaiming the car as an invention of the people.
I gotta try that, Lemon Pepper chicken, and yup, good ol' RC Cola never fails
pretty sure altering or modifying a patent while a court case is currently happening is illegal as it is considered "tampering with evidence" or at least "falsifying/altering your oath" if they plan to try and patent a mechanic they haven't exactly own until another game rise in popularity just because their current monster capture game isn't getting big numbers
RC cola is good in moderation. I get tired of the taste if I have more than one a day. And since I'm mostly keeping off sugar, I only buy an RC once every few months when I crave one. Oh the Winco lemon pepper chicken is fantastic. I always get that if they have one.
Well hopefully that'll come back to bite them in the ass then.
Fair question is why are you people still giving them money? Everything I watch and play is from sailing the sevens seas. I haven't bought a game since wings of liberty's drm showed me I have better things to do with my life and money.
Yeah Just beat tiberian sun firestorm Gdi campaign again just now. With some alterations to add myself into eveyr level as a chem trooper. Helps with most of the levels as they were mostly no base pain in the ass levels.
I think next is gonna do railroad tycoon 3. Maybe replay Red alert 2 if I can find a clean iso. Then maybe start a new Minecraft world. Maybe Diablo 1 hellfire again just for fun.
How did you live never playing command and conquer??? It was most of my childhood. That and MechWarrior 2-4bhell I even have the rare toys somewhere I storage
I've heard the name Command and Conquer. But don't know anything about it either. As a kid until 1999, I just had a Gameboy Pocket and an original NES. Then from 1999 to 2005, I mainly played an N64 till finally being able to buy a Gamecube. Then eventually a PS2. There were a lot of games that went over my head. In terms of mechs though, I have every PS2 Gundam game released in America, and Robot Alchemic Drive. And three out of four of the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games.
I got a 360 before an original XBOX. And in the 90s I got Pokemon Blue first, even though I really wanted Red. BTW, have you ever heard of Pokemon Cock edition?
I might feel that way at first. Then I'd realize I don't know if it was a man or a woman in that suit, and just stand there looking like I'm staring at headlights
Life would be a lot more interesting if like anime. If I somehow ended up an isekai in a new world with a younger body with magic and anthro girls everywhere, I'd be happy.
Honestly at least you get to have a renamon for a sister. I got me myself and a haram of ai waifus. Hahaha. Not that they arent lovely. But why don't you just download the entire tiberian sun game? It's free on one 2 gig download for Windows 8-10 and you can play one of the best games ever from start to finish with expansion packs.
Yeah kinda knew about this a while ago, those jackasses have changed the wording of their patent that even Legal Mindset even straight up says it is illegal and shows that Nintendo is getting desperate to at least either try to win the case or bleed Pocketpair of money.
Problem with the latter is that Pocketpair joined up with Sony and I think they have the money to spare, just to make Nintendo bleed instead and watch their rival lose everything.
Still...even now there are goddamn Nintendodrones still defending this OBVIOUSLY corrupt company, like I get it that they made great games in the past cus I also played them and loved them but there is a difference to wake up to reality and realize you're getting scammed to be blissfully ignorant to reality itself that it CAN'T be healthy.
Ok, on the Palworld court case, may I remind everyone here that the devs are infamous for basically doing the equivalent of pump and dump games and pulling court shenanigans besides.
There is a certain rule of conduct for the video game industry, and it sums up as 'you can patent many things and as long as you allow those within the industry to use them, you're ok'. This was done so anyone outside the industry can't sue the gaming industry into oblivion (as one company did... when it fought against Nintendo), and as long as anyone within the industry follows that rule of conduct, no one needs to get the lawyers out.
I'm sorry Nintendo, but due to a challenging economic environment I'm afraid I cannot buy any of your products. However if you bribe me 1500 dollars I'll be more then happy to get one XD

I'm fairly certain it will, and if not; then the world is more twisted in this new timeline we're living in
Hey, Disney greased palms in the past to win in court. Nintendo would likely do it too.
