i thought it was only good for posting to multiple sites at once, does it make posting to FA easier?

You can queue and tag stuff more quickly, and you can either schedule or post them all in one go.

Well, one screen instead of two is always a win, especially if you're posting over 10 pieces.

You can also make a template, so the descriptions or your author's tags are always there. Then you can schedule them for the future, so they can drop every day or every few hours instead of one flood, so they can FA's "recent" screen many times instead of in one go.

And of course, as you mentioned, the main feature is that you can upload to many sites.
