Xevy theoretically can be captured in a pokèball, regardless of if he's in hybrid or regular Swampert form
But be warned, he will do his absolute darndest not to get caught, with some (literal) dirty tricks up his sleeves and even is capable of swatting away poké balls if he sees them coming
Being a water-ground type, there isn't much in the form of terrain or sea that will slow him down from running either so you trainers better be on your triple-A game if you want this one-of-a-kind feesh in your team >;3
