The often unusual musings of an old cat
OK. The Cougar does not need old man braces, but he did have a dental incident. The space between my upper front teeth has been very difficult to floss after the last filling, oh so long ago. Often as not the floss would break and I had to try again. I think years of the floss making contact with the filling over many years wore it down. Last Wednesday I felt a sliver of something come lose. I call the dentist Thursday and they booked me for the morning of the following Friday.
Ontario has a Dental Plan much like our Medical. Medical is pretty much automatic for a citizen, you have to apply for the dental. Apply I did. I pass on my card info to the receptionist and get called in. Seriously, I was the only one there, no wait time. All goes well, easy and short procedure leaving only the bill. While I racked up over $320 in work, I was charged $66 for things not covered by the provincial plan.
I find no reason to complain.
Tooth has recovered, my million dollar smile has not been marked down.
