She really does. She JUST got done healing a broken ankle and JUST got out of the hospital after they botched a colonoscopy on her and she needed emergency corrective surgery like literally a few weeks ago and she's not even taking pain meds after losing half her face, breaking vertibre and her arm.

I'M REALLY GLAD SHE SURVIVED!!! And I'm so glad she went to face her fears and get closure 😭💙💙 I can't help in any monetary way as I'm still getting back on my feet myself, but I will share the gofundme with my friends.

She's happy to be home and I'm proud of her for facing her fear right away and not letting it overcome her. She's a tough lady and I have a lot to live up to.

and about the memory.. yeah.. she can't remember things that happened the last couple days but she also was in tons of pain and trauma and the brain does that to protect itself so we will see in time if it's just the trauma blanket or something else.

I don't doubt, never fun being stuck in a hospital! And aye, 100%, that is always amazing!

im so happy she's ok she's as tough ain't nobody gonna mess with your mum not even mother nature im glad she chose to face her fears too it shows she still loves the animals she cares for even if one was the cause of her incident.

Yeah, lord she is stubborn lol but she's a tough cookie and I'm so glad to have her good enough to be home (and wanting to see the horses again)

Yes, very much so. She says she isn't bothered by the giant scar so I hope she isn't just saying that so I won't worry. I know she's been bothered by things like that before but I'm just thankful she's alive and good enough to be mad about things like they cut off her favourite clothes in the trauma room lol. (I've been scouring to find her replacements)

well of course not, however i am unsure of what happened to her, i think this is the first i am reading about this. But I wanted to just say i am happy she is well now (i do hope it didnt come across as rude, if it did i was not trying to be insensitive)

Yeah I'm so glad my girl understood the assignment and gave her the gentle love she needed. Mom's too tired today and probably won't be back for a while to see her but it was important to her to get closure asap. She's used to going to the barn every single day to help care for them

It's very good your horse showed her some kindness. It's so rough that a place she goes everyday to help is the place she got hurt so bad.. Wishing y'all the best!

I’m so extremely happy that she survived that , especially after what she endured before. (I read your response to DrManhattanMedic) and still had the courage to face her fears and get closure. That takes a lot of guts that a lot of people don’t have.

I am very proud of her. The day after it happened she was saying how scared she was to go back and how she didn't know if she could ever be around them anymore after waiting 35 years to finally live her dream around the horses. She broke down crying in the Trauma bay about it. So I'm really glad she went out and got to have a good healing experience after that.

Same. I saw the photos you posted on Twitter/X. I honestly don’t blame her for that initial reaction, it’s a common first reaction after a traumatic event. The true courage comes from what she did, as not all can. I’m very happy she didn’t let her dream go with what happened. I wish her a full and speedy as possible recovery and hopefully continue living her dream being around them.

Thank you so much Kitsune <3 <3 , lord knows she really needs a calming, slow, healing experience like that. There's a ship she's really wanted to go on but can't afford and I'm hoping I can get her there. Even if she can't be mobile she loves just being on the boat and watching the water.
