TMI: Talk of organs and reproductive organs
Hey everyone! Thank you for being there to support me through this wild month. (This is the second October in a row I've had to deal with BS health stuff and not gotten to fully enjoy Halloween month :<)
As you've seen in my recent updates I had a surgery for my full body inflammatory disease that was causing tissues to bore into my organs causing pain, growths and restricting my body functions like using the bathroom. My entire back and neck had gotten inflamed to where I couldn't move much and it pinched my nerves affecting my ability to walk and draw on top of the other things.
During my surgery they found growths on my ureter tubes, bladder, bowels, the tendons holding on to them, there was a fiberous tumour on my ovary as well and I had two hernias in my groin causing me tons of pain. Luckily the biopsies came back negative for cancer and they had to remove my uterus, tubes and cervix as they had been absolutely scarred too far and the tissue that had grown deep in them is a tissue that feeds itself like a cancer so it produces its own hormone to grow again. Being rooted in my organs meant it would just grow back like a plant if they weren't removed.
So with all of that (and the horrible malpractice you can read about in my last journal) I'm on the road to healing. The hernias hurt a lot and it's still hard to walk a lot or lay down without pain. But I'm seeing some immediate positives like my back, neck and hands have for the first time since I was a teen not been swollen and I can move them.
The hospital that fucked up has billed me so I also am starting to pursue a medical malpractice case and hope I can find a lawyer to take it, at least so I don't have to pay for the bills of them fucking up.
