Hi so, a customer I have of a big commission recently lost their job and really needs a refund, is a total of 580 but even when I do have the money, I can't give it to them because is not on my pa-pal anymore, I have it on real $

So I discussed that with them and decided I will open some comm's, ych probably to gather the money and refund them

Any help, retweet or anything on the commission post or the ych I'll post would be appreciated

Because p4yp4l is crazy and can decide to block or ban anyone at any time without explanation and just hold the money for months!
