I feel like I have no useful skills to land me a job. Any time I do get a lead on something I think I can do, it turns out either the job description was a lie, or that the entire thing is a scam.

I have customer service experience, but I really dislike phone work.

All I want is a job where I can sit and help people through email and live web chat. But those positions don't exist, and if they do, they are extremely competitive to get. I want a job, I want to work, I need to work.

It just feels SO hopeless right now. I take things one day at a time, but how much longer can I go with doing that? I try to be positive, and to see things in a brighter light. Every day seems to test my positivity in a new way.

I'm trying. And sometimes it doesn't feel like enough.



OK, that felt good to write down. This whole year has been some wild ups and downs. I'm doing fine, but really, REALLY need to find a job soon.
