My last offline friend group fully abandoned me yesterday.
I'm so fucking lonely all the time.
The $10k of debt is insurmountable.
I can't get medical treatment.
The attacks are more frequent.
I don't enjoy anything anymore.
It all loops back to debt I can't fix.
I can't do this alone but I AM alone.
