Gumroad Screwed Me over, I'm closing it.

TLDR : They refused to pay me out without clear explanation. I can't do anything with money on my account.
So, After i re-published on Gumroad, I noticed that none of the sails were coming into either my paypal or bank account.
It has been going on for few weeks, and they explained nothing and said "Payout was skipped because account was not compliant".
This was very vague. As in I'm not allowed to sell NSFW? As in something is wrong with my payout settings ?
But other people are selling NSFW model fine, So i thought it was the latter.
Later when i toyed with settings a little bit they suddenly hit me with "Paypal payout is no loger supported on your country"
and that i'd have to verify that i hold a bank account within my country with my PID, So i complied.
After that payouts were still not being processed. No bank payout was made, and it just kept giving me same "not compliant" message.
I made a support ticket asking what is going on even, and no. No replies.
So i have literally few hundred bucks of money that i can't do anything with, and they won't even tell me why.
If it's because of the NSFW, Then it shouldn't make sense for some other people that sell it fine. It should not make sense for that money to be even in my account.
If it's something else, They should have explained it to me.
I'm not even going to bother with them anymore when they literally won't even read the support ticket.
Thus, Gumroad shop is closed for good. I'm moving everything to itch.io.
And for those who already bought something from Gumroad, I will email itch.io equivalent download codes so you can have them there, once transition is complete.

Try asking if you can do a direct deposit one time. Doesnt hurt to try or ask to mail a check to you.
If they deny paypal, they have to have another way of sending out money or they are fucking stupid if they
dont have other options.
Dont give up. Keep poking till they say, fine! here is a way. They probably have India as support.
If it was something else they would tell you outright, but nope.
It should be illegal for them to do this shit to people. It's YOUR Money, their SERVICE is to just hold onto it, they can't dictate what the problem is.
Because previously i had successful payouts with NSFW models, So even if NSFW is no longer allowed on Gumroad (apparently) they should have at least warned me in advance, which they have done none.
So like, they are giving mixed messages. They would not let you post something with adult keyword, but still have the option to upload it anyway and have content filter option?
This is what really grinds my gear.
Mature could also imply somehting like maybe horror, gore, or whatever it might be, maybe a bit of blood etc. Whatever it is they don't want artists who draw hot n fun stuff to thrive on their platform.
