It has been a while since I’ve done a journal. Fell out of the habit and at that point it’s hard to get back into it. But here we go!
Since October, november went by incredibly quickly. I spent a good portion of the early part doing my treats for Art or Treat. Last year I think I had 5 total come and knock at more door. This year I nearly tripled that number of people coming for the digital stickers I had on offering! Yay! Other things I have done which I’m proud of since last I did a journal,
I worked on a larger piece for a sunderfolk game that I Played to share with the folks in that group. The Frolickin’ Friends were displayed in all their glory, and I’m happy with the way it turned out for the time I spent on it. Also the general portrait of Batley the Bard from the same campaign. He’s just happy to be there!
I attended Furpocalypse as my piratey self, and knowing a few more people there to run into and say hello to was a pleasant change from last year where I really knew nobody at all. I got to perform at the variety show as well, which was a lot of fun. Also met a new musician friend who I jammed with on Saturday for most of the early afternoon in the lobby. Also… just passing along to everyone who didn’t know, bird is the word.
Since then I’ve been doing little doodles but nothing big. Prepping for some holiday gifts for folks that I will post up if I’m given permission to.
Haven’t said this one in a while, but to those who Watch, Fave, Comment, And View, you are the ones that help keep me motivated in this artistic journey, just seeing that even a few people interact with my drawings and enjoy them. Have a wonderful December! and I’ll try to keep the journals in less than a month’s time.
