Happy new year!

General
One of the things I've wanted to do this year is unplug more. Embrace the analogue. So far it's going pretty well, with using notebooks and planners to keep track of events and grocery lists, to using physical cash where I can to help curb my fast food budget.
But my BIGGEST unintentional fixation right now is mailing things! I stumbled across a website that randomly pairs you up with people in another country to mail a postcard to, and for every card you mail out that gets received, you get added to the pool to receive one for yourself! So far I've sent 5 out to places as far away as China (and can't send any more without any getting delivered right now, but the anticipation is part of the fun!)
I may not check my notes here very often, but if you would like me to send you a postcard (anywhere in the world!!), feel free to note me and we can hopefully arrange a secure way to exchange an address if you wish. If you want to send me a postcard or letter too, that's cool as well! An important thing to know about postcards is that you do not need to write a return address and the only thing I will see is the name of the post office that cancelled the stamp when you mailed it out.
It may take a while, but that's part of the charm! I have a bunch of postcards and a growing pile of postage I keep ordering because dangit, there's too many good designs.
I hope your year is going swell so far!
...
...no I did not say swell because of the inflation pun-- hey PUT THAT HOSE DOWN!!
