Sorry for your loss. Painful to lose those you love. Especially grandparents. Mine are fading fast too. My grandma died 20 years back, Grandpa remarried and is now 90 years old. Step grandma (we call her auntie Helen) just had a bad fall last week going into the bathroom and broke several bones in her face. My grandpa was too weak and frail himself to catch her fall. All he could do was stand there.
They both have congestive heart failure and need to be in a nursing home but absolutely refuse. I know the day is fast approaching when I won't get to see them anymore and it's just horrible to think about.
For your sake though, I hope she had a long and wonderful life full of memories you can cherish. As long as we hold them in our hearts, those we've lost are never completely gone. May she watch over and guide you, echoen.
