Today is the day. Today we announce our unity. Today we step forward to demand our collective action for collective bargaining. At an all staff meeting at 10am, I will be the face and voice of my 120 colleagues and coworkers as we declare to our leadership that we are unionizing.

After today, our union will be recognized, and the details of our union contract will be negotiated. The bargaining items will be set to return to all of us our dignity and voice at the table of leadership.

Today we speak. Tomorrow we bargain.
