Yeah, I don't often write here, but I've been told that this year is a bad year. (For Chinese). I don't always take note, but when the priestess at the local temple is saying it is bad, then it must be bad. Cause she's always optimistic, bless her.
Anyway, year of the tiger ahead, specifically a white tiger! (which isn't just a bad luck year, but a really bad luck year, cause of the uniqueness of the white tiger). So Kou's happy! It's a good year for him, but watch out mortals! The yaoguai are out to get you!

I believe luck is related to optimism, and largely a point of view. if you believe that a greenlight changes as you approach it, you can see it as random chance, or luck.
I honestly don't know, so I say, take it all in, make the most of it, and dare the world to step on your chest!

Yaoguai means 'demon', it is the chinese word that created the Japanese word 'youkai'
It's one and the same! The bears in FO3 must have been named by chinese soldiers in the US. D: Perhaps the US lost the war in FO3?
So my joke was that it is a good year for Kou especially! But a bad year for me! :P
I don't think the chinese won the war, but somehow they managed to coin the name, anyway.
