For those of you who have used Lulu to publish things, I have a few questions!
The most important one is this: How long does it take for them to print and mail copies of your book? I need three hardcover and three paperback books by May 10th. I'm still making the art for the book.. aahh!
Should I request a proof? I probably should.. just to be certain...
Do they include endpage colors? I might just do that instead using the ones I created. It would look and feel a lot better.

no need for a proof, the quality is aces.
just make sure everything is good on your end (i.e. convert all graphics to cmyk, 600 dpi, etc)
