It's sometimes impossible to differentiate the legitimate victims of exploitation and predation, from the indoctrinated and confused young adults who had relatively normal sexual relations and mateship drama (often not even going past online/cybering) with a somewhat older person while they were like 15-17, yet has decided to go to war with them for a variety of flawed reasons. Either they believe they were actually preyed upon, or they want to bury a hatchet in the skull of someone they hated for a while and now can do so with undisguised sadism and malice and be celebrated for it because pedophiles deserve to die or whatever. Or they experience profound shame and self-loathing for/of their sexuality and history which may well not even be abnormal, and they can get absolution for their real or imagined misdeeds. Or any combination thereof.

Some targets are innocent entirely, having been framed and accusations fabricated or embellished. Others are indeed guilty of fooling around with a teen, but the teen has ulterior or disturbing motivations, and is either exploiting- or being exploited by - the pedo hysteria mobs. Some are guilty of being a shitty person AND a teen-fucker, but their enemy(s) is/are even worse people (Zaush being the prime example). A few are guilty as fuck in general, but the notoriety and antipathy is so great that people are almost EAGER to hear a child porn or teen-fucking or exploitation of minors accusation just so they can hate them more, their willingness to believe anything and everything with minimal or zero evidence provided (or with EXCULPATORY accompanying evidence, in one or two cases I know of) beyond the base testimony is so enormous (Foxler is one such case).

And, obviously, some are absolutely terrible people and deserve to be immolated. But they're damn hard to find because CSA victims and SJW fanatics clog up Twitter with utterly moronic pretexts for accusations and antipathy, such as being on Inkbunny, or drawing kemoshota, or for shipping or pornographizing a 17-year-old anime/Western fandom character. The best (worst) expositions are when all that is at play, then they discover RL evidence and denounce them as a RL sex criminal and such (if they hadn't already just based on presumption). They feel totally validated in their cub/shipping-based original cause for hatred because they committed the extremely fringe and heinous crime of yiffing someone who was 15-17 and that was the AOC, and usually this was when the target was 19 or 22 or thereabouts (or it IS unlawful, but the LEOs cannot bother with it because the case would be thwarted by the "victim" refusing cooperation, or they lack the will to even try because they're DROWNING in CP/rescueable cases and marginal statutory rape cases just aren't on the agenda).

Others may have lower AoCs or allow some leeway/tolerance of transgression so long as the minor doesn't complain. I think when this happened, it might have been 14 in Canada (is he Canadian? I seem to remember him hailing from that place).

But anyway, here, I can fuck teens 16+ with impunity if no federal laws are applicable to our relationship and yiffing. IIRC, this state sets the cut-off age for child porn to 16, so even erotic pictures during sex would be allowed (at least, if one could do that and store the images in ways which would circumvent federal law- their cut-off age is 18, and a LOT of stuff and sets of circumstances fall under state AND federal jurisdictions now).

The kid is 18 now and Blaze is 27. Minus about four years would put him at 14 and Blaze 23.

And that romeo and Juliet clause is only applicable to those between the age of 16 and 18.

i dont see you as any of these people claim you are but i still think if i was there id defend you as my honour wouldnt let some person be held to th chains of a crime hat they didn't actually commit in the way it was presented with not enough evidence

I'm late to post on this but what the hell.

Statutory rape is a odd law to me. For one I'm a former cop and seen just the mess these laws can cause. Several times I seen parents use it to benefit them selves when one person was just a year or two older than there son or daughter. Also often it's never even brought up till years not out of fear but revenge. Also I would like to state the age of consent varies greatly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Also some jurisdictions may also make allowances for minors engaged in sexual acts with each other, rather than a single age. Here is an example of how grey this law really is: UK 16, Canada 16, Spain 13, Denmark 15, France 15 most other parts of Europe is 16, Also in Canada there are two close-in-age exemptions: teenagers who are 14 or 15 may have sex with a partner who is less than five years older, and children aged 12 and 13 may have sex with a partner who is less than two years older. Some places have a higher age limit for anal sex over other kinds of sex.

As for me I was with with older guys when I was 14 and that was my choice! I was never forced into anything and I have never posted silly journals about it. You don't think any differently from 14 to 16, 17, or 18. It's been almost 20 years now but I still remember my self well enough.

From what I see the person who is saying all of this is just looking to harm someone else. That's my thoughts on it and that's what I see.

Do remember everyone statutory rape is legal jargon. It's not forced rape and it's not child molestation!

For everyone else I say do be careful who you stick your dicks into! I don't care if your close to someone's age but there under. It's not worth it! Stay away from people like this because this is often the out come. 18 and above your clear in just about anywhere.
