Today was a good day.

After having received my tax return money from the IRS, I had a number of things I was out to do today. The primary of which was to buy a couch, which has been sorely missing from the house chayfox and I own for a good time now. I heard an ad on the radio for a place called The Dump that sells stuff from other places that've gone out of business. Well, while I'd counted on plunking down a good $900 for a good couch, I got this one (but blue) for a mere $200!
Loving this good fortune, Chay and I decided to celebrate by spending part of what we would have stocking up on stuff to watch while sitting our fabulous asses in this thing- GaoGaiGar, Star Trek: Next Generation Season 3, Venture Bros. Season 1, and the apparently quite freaking awesome Godannar. While in the Fry's, Chay pointed out cans of my absolute favorite unattainable snack in the WORLD, Mauna Loa's Garlic & Onion Macadamia Nuts. I bought four cans then and there.
After all that, I come home, let the boyfriend take a nap, and boot up TF2. What's the first thing I see?
OH DAMN!
