Guess what I found!

So I was out in town with Mum today, hunting for fox stuff within the many charity shops we have where I live and, disappointingly, my luck seemed somewhat out by the time we had reached the final shop.
As per the routine, I rummaged through the soft toys, the ornaments, the paintings, the figurines and plate displays amongst the bric-a-brac and random shelves of tack but to no avail. Feeling somewhat dismayed, I had a little rant in the shop...not specifically about the severe lack of vulpine paraphernalia but about the fact that, such as it were, there were tons of bits for just about any other animal you can think of! I found loads of Meerkat, Elephant, Reindeer, Horse, Cat, Dog, Mouse, Lion, Rabbit, Squirrel, Badger stuff etc...so where's the bloody Foxes, hmm!?
Anyway...post-vent & payment (for a Discworld book I'd found - woot) we began to take our leave from the shop when all of a sudden, I kid you not, a Fox plushie falls from within the soft-toy pile above the entrance, landing square in front of me. I stood aghast, contemplated the awesomeness of the moment and then promptly purchased it! I think personally, it must have over-heard my whinging and decided to take action heh...
I've named him 'Retty' from the German 'Rettung', meaning rescue.
Finally a new addition to the family! I hope they get along. :3

They tend to be in antique shops, and very pricey, if you can find them here (a local shop wants $65 for a 2" figurine).
You do find stuff every now and then but the best place is always the net. I think I bought most of my plush stuff from Amazon and Ebay
It was a little early 19th century brooch, hand-painted, with a portrait of a fox. I asked nicely and they let me take a pic, I should post it some time.
...
I'm gonna go play Castlevania now.
Personally, I think Krom had something to do with it, the sly old fiend xD
